The objective of this program is to optimize patient care using strategies to prevent and treat chronic hyperkalemia in patients on RAASi.

Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:

• Optimize use of organ-protecting therapies in patients with or at risk of hyperkalemia
• Develop individualized hyperkalemia management strategies that align with recent clinical data, practice patterns, and available therapies
• Apply clinical efficacy and safety data on new potassium binders to reduce the impact of hyperkalemia
